Angels danced on August 15, 2017 when Adeline Marie Rosenfeldt was born. She was baptized as a child of God on October 29, 2017. Adeline joined Him in Heaven and became an angel herself on November 28, 2017.
Adeline was lovingly referred to as Addy. She was spoiled with cuddles from her big brothers Weston and Henrik. She cooed when her momma told her she was beautiful. She drifted to sleep as her daddy sang her “Sweet Adeline” to the tune of “Sweet Caroline.”
She was surrounded by a wonderful extended family. She enjoyed Sunday dinners with the Rosenfeldt family at the home of Grandpa Dan and Grandma Julie. Grandma Judy loved caring and shopping for Adeline, filling her closet with clothes and pretty pink accessories. Grandpa Paul treasured his visits with Adeline, affectionately calling her “Princess Addy.” Her great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins loved snuggling with her.
Finally, Adeline was watched over by and doted on by countless fairy godmothers. In the end, that group included the special nurses of the Sanford Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
Never was there a little girl so loved.
Adeline will be remembered forever by her parents Steve and Jade Rosenfeldt; big brothers Weston and Henrik; her grandparents Dan and Julie Rosenfeldt, Judy Golick and Paul Collins; great-grandparents, Eldon and Mary Ann Thompson; her aunts and uncles Kari (Rosenfeldt) and Joe Stattelman, Rachael (Rosenfeldt) and Tyler Spriggs, Katie Rosenfeldt, Brock Golick, Drew Collins, Erin Collins Berge and Nick Berge; her cousins Shayla, Haley, Josie and Callie Stattelman; Casyn and Elliana Spriggs; and Finley, Oliver, and Callum Berge.
She was welcomed into Heaven by her aunt Paige Collins, her uncle Travis Rosenfeldt, her namesake, her great-grandmother Adeline (Bekkerus) Seljevold, great-grandpa Phil Seljevold, great-grandma Myrtle (Langseth) Rosenfeldt, great-grandpa Harry Rosenfeldt, great-grandma Elinor (Baker) Collins, and great-grandpa Harry Collins.
“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:30.
