Allen R. Sellers

Allen was born February 17, 1944, to Roy and Alice Anderson Sellers in Detroit Lakes, MN. He grew up and attended school in Lake Park, MN. Allen then worked various jobs before he began his career in sales. He found his niche in selling siding. On May 10, 1963, he married Joyce Happel. Together they lived in Moorhead and Detroit Lakes for a short time before moving to Audubon, MN. They lived there for several years until settling in Lake Park. Allen will be remembered for his sense of humor. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and spending time on his four-wheeler. He took pride in his work and most of all loved spending time with his family.Allen is survived by wife, Joyce; sons, Darin Shannon Sellers, Kevin Sellers; grandchildren, Savanna and Chace Sellers; brother, Vern Sue Sellers; sisters-in-law, Mary Curt Rislund, Roberta Orval Dow, and Paula Chuck Enselman; and many loving nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents, step-father, Obert Hanson, and uncle, Theron Anderson.
