Amy L. Krogh

Amy L. Krogh, 94, of Moorhead, MN, died Thursday, February 13, 2025, at Eventide in Moorhead.

Amy Loretta Pederson was born May 31, 1930, in Eglon Township, to Gilbert and Cora (Syverson) Pederson. She grew up near Lake Park, MN and attended the District 16 school at Hawley, MN. From an early age, Amy loved to sing, and with her sister, Clarice, she enjoyed the frequent opportunity to sing on the radio for the owner of a small radio station near Lake Park/Audubon, MN. 

 Amy was united in marriage to Morris Krogh on September 1, 1956, at Hegland Lutheran Church in rural Hawley, MN. In their younger years, Morris and Amy loved dancing together. They were faithful members of Pontoppidan Lutheran Church in Fargo, ND, listening to Sunday services on the radio whenever they were unable to attend in person. Amy loved to talk about Morris and how good he was to her. Morris passed away on June 19, 2022. 

Amy worked for the Coca-Cola Company in Moorhead for a number of years and then Concordia Food Services until she retired. 

Amy was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Clarice Leadbetter; her half-brother, Silas Hanson, and her husband, Morris. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews

Visitation will be Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M., followed by the funeral service at 2:00 P.M., at Wright Funeral Home in Moorhead.  Burial will be at Fargo National Cemetery.
