Angela Marie Schussler was born on May 16, 1983, in Garrison, ND, to Diana and Robert Schussler. Angie was a happy go lucky child, her bubbly personality made her friends wherever she went. Angie went to school in Moorhead, MN, and lived there most of her life. Angie had many unique jobs including a piler operator at American Crystal. Angie held her CDL and was recently working for Pepsi. Angie briefly lived in Fargo, ND. In 2003 she became a mother to her first born, Natalie, and in 2011 she had her youngest, Cherish. Being a mother made her beam with joy, she absolutely adored her daughters. Angie loved children especially babies. Children were drawn to her fun spirited nature.
Angie had a gentle heart and was always giving to others. She took great pride in helping those in need. She was the kind of person who stopped to help a stranger dig their car out of a snow bank. Angie enjoyed interior design and her favorite thing to do was throw parties for birthdays and host holiday get togethers. She had a passion for seeing people happy. If you asked her mom she would say she was a wild child (one of her five!). She enjoyed traveling, shopping, and taking her girls on adventures. Angie was a thrill seeker and last year jumped out of a plane with her brother Charlie. Angie was a light in this life and was loved by many. Like the Rolling Stone’s lyrics she was named after she was beautiful inside and out. On August 22, 2022 Angie lost her battle with addiction after five years of sobriety, she was an inspiration. She was surrounded by her family when the Lord welcomed her home.
Angela was joined by many of her loved ones in Heaven. Her Father Robert Schussler, her grand parents June and Clifford Johnson, and Doris and Arnold Schussler.
Angela is survived by her daughters, Natalie Lafromboise and Cherish Schussler; her mother, Diana Schussler (Malo) and her step father Greg Malo, her step mother Roberta Martin; her brothers, Thomas Schussler and Charles Schussler; her sisters, Mary Moore and Kaylee Johnson Pavlicek; and her nieces, Laila, Kinsley, Esmae, Eleanor, Adelynn and her nephew, Lincoln. As well as many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Our family would like to thank our family and friends for the support in this difficult time. We would also like to thank the staff at Essentia Health for their care.
Her mother has asked to surround her beautiful daughter with beautiful flowers as Angela loved flowers.
