Annette Winans Marty

Annette L. Winans Marty, 49 of Moorhead, MN, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017, at home under the care of family and Hospice of the Red River Valley. Annette was born February 25, 1968, in Anoka, MN. She grew up and attended school in Moorhead, graduating from Moorhead High School. Following high school, she continued her education at Moorhead Technical College. She moved from Moorhead to Pelican Rapids, MN, for 12 years before returning in 2009. Through the years, Annette’s strong work ethic kept her busy. She enjoyed the variety of work she did and most recently was employed at Walmart in Fargo, ND.

Annette also enjoyed spending time outdoors, gardening and flowers, but most of all loved spending time her family and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her daughter, April Jarrod Beto; step-children, Aaron Marty, Hope Marty and Faith Marty; grandchildren, Cheyenne and Paisley Beto, Calvin and Keegan Marty; parents, Jerry Winans and Beth Blake; sister, Tammy Klug; brothers, Mike Winans, Scott Winans; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial gathering will be held Thursday, August 17, from 12:30 - 2:00 p.m., followed by the memorial service at 2:00 p.m., at Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead, MN.
