Arlene R. Langager

Arlene was born March 4, 1935, in Sisseton, SD, to Raymond and Bernice Murray Fredrick. Her family later moved to Wilmot, SD, and then to Dawson, MN, where she graduated from high school. Arlene went on to get her education in nursing. On October 15, 1956, she married Robert Langager in Dawson, MN. Together they made their home in Moorhead. Arlene worked at St. Ansgar's Hospital in Moorhead and later stayed at home to raise their children.She enjoyed spending time with her friends over coffee and playing cards. She loved baking and spending time at the lake, but most of all cherished the time spent with family, especially her grandchildren.Arlene is survived by her sons, Brian MaryAnn of Big Lake, MN, Darin of West Fargo, ND; daughters, Lori Larry Wiger of Fargo, ND, Lisa Beach of Moorhead, MN; grandchildren, Matthew Langager, Deanna Langager, Nathan Beach, Chris Beach, Alex Wiger, Ashley Wiger, Aaron Wiger, Tiffany Brad Eckholm; great-grandchildren, Colin, Caden and Caitlyn Eckholm; and brother, Terry Fredrick of New Prague, MN.She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; and parents, Raymond and Bernice Fredrick.
