Bart Toulouse, 55, died on September 9, 2015 in Quinlan, TX. Bart was born to Tom and Ann Regan Toulouse in Golden Valley, MN on August 22, 1960. The eldest of six children, Bart was raised in Moorhead, MN. He graduated from Shanley High School, Fargo, ND in 1979, attended Minnesota State University Moorhead and completed his degree at Touro University, Vallejo, CA. After a decorated and distinguished 22 years of service in the US Air Force, Bart retired as a master sergeant in 2007. After his military career, Bart continued his work in the aeronautical defense field as an independent contractor and most recently a civil servant. Bart had a kind and compassionate heart was truly devoted to his friends and family. He spent numerous vacations traveling across the country to attend his nieces and nephews theater and sporting events. Bart was generous with this time and resources with anyone in need and gave without expecting anything in return, as was said by a recipient of his giving nature “You were truly the most selfless person I have ever met. Giving to others made you happy”. Bart had a brilliant and unique mind and shared his talents at work, with family and friends. Bart was preceded in death by his youngest brother, Matt Toulouse, and is survived by parents, Tom and Ann, Fargo, ND, sisters Molly Gail Geisenhoff, St. Paul, MN, Laurie Rob Jung, East Grand Forks, MN, and Lynn Marie Todd Swenson, Fargo, ND and brother Michael Robin, Indianapolis, IN, nieces, Molly and Annie Swenson, nephews Sam and Matt Swenson and Ethan Jung and dear friends Angela Hardt and Rylan Dandridge, Dallas, TX, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial gathering: Thursday, September 17, 2015, from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., with a prayer service at 7:00 P.M. in Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead, MN.
Memorial Mass: Friday, September 18, 2015, at 10:30 A.M., in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Moorhead, MN. Friends may gather for one hour prior to the funeral in the church.
Final Resting Place: St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, with full military honors.
