Bernard E. Cole

Bernard Cole, 53, of Dilworth, MN passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at VA Healthcare System, Fargo, ND.

Bernard E. Cole was born October 18, 1963, in Lisbon, ND, to Harold “Eddie” and Rita Thomason Cole. He lived in Iowa for several years where he met his wife Amy. They were married at Camp LeJeune, NC, in 1983. They raised a family in Iowa before moving back to Bernard’s roots in North Dakota.

Bernard loved spending time with family camping and fishing. He attended many sporting events as well as choir and band concerts and especially loved Sunday Fundays.

Late in his life he was cared for by his wife and children and especially his daughter, Sarah.

Bernard is survived by his wife, mother, sons, Benjamin Cole, Thomas Cassie Cole, Joshua Kaytlenn Glass Cole; daughters, Keri Cole and Sarah Nate Lague; grandchildren, Rosetta and McKayla Cole; brother, David Pam Cole; sisters, Katy Cole and Barbara Dammen, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
