Bette J. Eberhardt

Bette J. Hendrickson was born June 15, 1920 in Fargo, ND to Edwin and Anna Lindquist Hendrickson. She grew up and graduated from high school in Fargo, ND. On June 25, 1940 she married Russell A. Eberhardt in Fargo ND, this is where they also made their home. Her husband, Russell preceded her in death on March 2, 1991. Bette was a stay at home mom, caring for her children, then being a foster parent for many years for over 100 plus babies and later for hard to place children. She is survived by her children; Bonnie Phillips, McGregor, MN, Karen Nolan Maier, Minnewaukan, ND, Barbara Veran Kapaun, Fargo, ND, Larry Eberhardt and Jerry Eberhardt, Fargo, ND; two foster daughters, Sheri and Christine, Fargo, ND; one sister, Florence Skodje, Dilworth, MN; 10 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
