. Betty Adele Stenberg passed away September 4th, 2019 at Bethany on 42nd in Fargo, ND. She was born in Fargo, to Bennie and Cecelia Stenberg. The smell of homemade cookies was abundant in her home. She was known for her lefse, flatbread, kringle, pies and cookies. Betty made many Norwegian Wedding cakes for family and friend’s weddings. She was an excellent seamstress, quilter, embroidered beautiful Norwegian Hardanger, knit many sweaters, scarves, and dolls.
