Beverly Biever

Beverly Ann Biever (Nelson) – devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Beverly passed away peacefully at Serenity Assisted Living Center in Dilworth with her granddaughter Amanda and daughter-in-law Shelly surrounding her on 2/24/21.

Beverly was born on June 2nd, 1934 in Winger, MN to Alma and Edwin Nelson.

Beverly married the love of her life and best friend, Richard Biever, on December 4, 1954. They had two children, Cammy and Todd.

Beverly went on to work as a nurse at St. Ansgar Hospital for many years until closing and then went on to work at Eventide until retirement.

Beverly had a passion for people and leaving a lasting impression with her bubbly and caring personally. Beverly had a love for animals and animals had a love for her. Beverly was an avid watcher of Days of Our Lives, Wheel of Fortune, and Lawrence Welk. Beverly cherished her family and spent a majority of time talking about her greatgrandchildren. She looked forward each and every day for her cup of coffee and daily conversations.

Beverly is survived by daughter, Cammy (Kirk) Gates; daughter-in-law, Shelly Biever; grandchildren, Melissa Boone, Joshua (Karen) Gates, Amanda (Alex) Sauve, and Travis (Alissa) Biever; 8 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; parents, Alma and Edwin; brother, Gordon; great-grandson, Ethan; and son, Todd.

Honorary pallbearers: Josh Gates, Melissa Boone, Amanda Sauve, and Travis Biever

A private service will be held on Friday, February 26th, at Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead, with a  livestream available on Beverly’s page starting at 10:00 A.M. Burial will take place at Moorhead Memorial Gardens.
