Beverly Nulph Lotzer

Beverly Nulph Lotzer, 72, of Fargo, ND, passed away February 25, 2018, at Bethany on University in Fargo, under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley.

Beverly Ruth Nulph was born March 9, 1945, in Hankinson, ND, to Harold (Buddy) and Ruth (Scott) Nulph.  She grew up in Moorhead, MN and graduated from Moorhead High School in 1964.  After graduation she attended Josef’s School of Hair Design.  On September 28, 1973, she was united in marriage to Dale Lotzer and they made their home in Wahpeton, ND.  Beverly worked as a CNA at a nursing home in Wahpeton.  Dale passed away on April 29, 1990 and Beverly moved back to Moorhead where she worked for Dakota Boys Ranch and The Arc thrift stores in Fargo.

Beverly loved knitting, reading mystery novels, and searching for special treasures at local thrift stores.  She also enjoyed meeting her friends for coffee every afternoon.  Her dog, Princess, and her cats, Happy Dude and Angel, were her beloved companions and brought special joy to Beverly every day.  She will be truly missed.

She is survived by her brother, Gary (Kay) Nulph, Detroit Lakes, MN; nieces, Kim (Greg) Mayer and Heidi (Mark) Winn; great-nieces, Alexis Winn and Victoria Mayer and great-nephew, Ty Winn. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, and husband.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 31, 2018, at 2:00 P.M., at Wright Funeral Home in Moorhead. Friends and family may gather together for one hour before the service. Final resting place will be Hillside Memorial Cemetery in Hankinson, ND.
