Boyd C. Anderson

Boyd was born July 12, 1955 in Fargo, ND, to Cy and Doris Anderson. He grew up in the Fargo-Moorhead area and completed his GED through West Fargo Adult Education. On January 25, 1983, he married Valerie Hertel-Pronovost in Moorhead, MN. Together they shared 3 children. He enjoyed life to its fullest and explored many career opportunities, the last being a maintenance technician with the City of Moorhead, Parks and Recreation. Boyd enjoyed all outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family. His laughter and love of life was shared and will be remembered by many. His greatest joys were his children, grandchildren and numerous friends, near and far. He is survived by his loving wife, Valerie; children, Travis Anderson, Fargo, ND, Jessica Eric Pearson, Fargo, ND, Dustin Anderson, Fargo, ND; mother, Doris Anderson, Fargo, ND; five brothers, Jerry Anderson, Fargo, ND, Gary Shirley Anderson, Payson, AZ, Kim Jane Anderson, Fargo, ND, Dean Anderson, Fargo, ND, Clayton Jenny Hess, Monticello, MN; two sisters, Penny Jim Hyers, Rainier, WA and Roseanne Jim Allen, Big Lake, MN; and three amazing grandchildren, Summer Polzin, Jacob Anderson and Madison Anderson, all of Fargo, ND.He was preceded in death by his father, Cyril Anderson; and two brothers, Thomas Anderson and Cyril Anderson, Jr.
