Brett O. Larson

Brett O. Larson, 51 of Fargo, ND passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at Sanford Health – Broadway, Fargo, ND.

Brett Oscar Larson was born on October 25, 1971, in Fargo, ND to Kermit and Sharon (Molitor) Larson. He grew up Hawley and attended school there. Brett began working as a mason early on and spent several years with Boone Masonry in Barnesville, MN.

Brett met Tambi Pollock in Hawley and they later married in Seattle Washington, where Brett had lived for a time before moving back to Fargo. Together they had a son, Oscar, who was the greatest joy in Brett’s life. They later divorced but stayed close friends.

Brett had a big heart and would help out anyone who was in need of it. He enjoyed spending time with friends and especially loved being at the lake.

He is survived by Tambi and Oscar; father, Kermit; brothers, Russell and Ryan Larson; niece, Greta; and nephews, Mason and Trigg. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, June 23, 2023, from 2-4 PM with a time for sharing of memories at 3:00 at Wright Funeral Home, Hawley, MN.

Burial will be in Silver Lake Cemetery, rural Hawley.
