Brian L. Wenner, 51, Moorhead, MN, died on Monday, October 18, 2010, in Sanford Health, Fargo, ND.Brian L. Wenner was born on May 6, 1959, in Fargo, ND, to Arthur and Marie Dauner Wenner. He grew up and attended school in Moorhead, graduating from Moorhead High School in 1977. He graduated from the Moorhead Area Vocational and Technical Institute in the Construction Electricity Program and began his career in western North Dakota before returning to the Fargo-Moorhead area where he worked as an electrician, most recently at Dakota Electric Construction.Brian married Lori Welle in 2002 and they made their home in Moorhead. Brian loved to hunt and fish and spend time with his family at Toad Lake.He is survived by his wife, Lori Wenner, Moorhead, MN; three sons, Cory Jallen, Scottsdale, AZ, Erik Westrum, Moorhead, MN, and Alex Westrum, Moorhead, MN; a daughter, Megan Wenner, Moorhead, MN; his father, Art Wenner, Moorhead, MN; three brothers, Wayne R. Julie Wenner, Jamestown, ND, Roger A. Wenner, Felton, MN, and Bruce M. Kathy Wenner, Blaine, MN; two sisters, Sandra M. Alex Yeamen, Arlington, VA, and Joan D. Dick Kruse, Vadnais Heights, MN; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marie Wenner.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family to be used for the children's education.
