Carol J. Dill

Carol Jean Dill, age 59, Moorhead, MN, died Friday, January 10, 2014 at Sanford Hospital, Fargo, ND.
Carol was born December 19, 1954 in Mott, ND, where she attended school and graduated from Mott High School. After high school, she moved to Fraser LTD in Fargo where she went through a training program for independent living for life skills. Carol lived independently and received support through Community Living Services in Fargo. She worked at Hornbachers Grocery Store for many years. She had two children that she raised and loved and later they moved to Dilworth, MN. Carol received services through Connections and worked at Johnny Carino’s in Fargo for many years. Carol loved spending time with her family, playing bingo, shooting pool, dancing, baking, sewing, biking and doing laundry. She was a very unselfish person, witty, funny, caring and nurturing mother and friend.

Carol is survived by her daughters, Heather Ruben Salinas Johnson, Dilworth, MN, and Rachael Jeremy Pederson, Moorhead, MN; grandchildren, Tylee, upcoming grandson Chance, Landon, and Carmen; brothers, Marvin and Willard Dill; sister, Alice Bautz; and many nieces and nephews and great friendships also survive her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson, Chase, and sister, Janice Mclaughlin.

Funeral Service will be 2 PM, Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Wright Funeral Home in Moorhead.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 PM on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Wright Funeral Home with a 7 PM Prayer Service. Visitation will continue the next day at the Funeral Home in Moorhead.

Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Moorhead, MN
