Carolyn A. Lindstrom

Carolyn A. Lindstrom, 54, of Moorhead, MN, passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2021 in her home.

Carolyn Ann Marie Lindstrom was born to Gustav and Carol (Cusciotta) Lindstrom on March 20, 1967 in Minneapolis, MN. She grew up around the Twin Cities and graduated from Richfield High School in 1986.

In 1987 Carolyn married Todd Nichols and in 1989 they welcomed a baby girl, Jessica. They lived in the New Prague, MN, area for several years before Carolyn settled in Moorhead, MN, in 2011. She took a job with Walmart where she continued to work until her passing.

Carolyn enjoyed gardening and taking care of Jessica’s plants when she was away. She looked forward to two shopping trips per year, one to the Mall of America around her grandsons’ birthdays and Black Friday. Most of all she loved being around her grandchildren.

Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Jessica (Kerry Miller) Nichols; grandchildren, Luis, Jaxson and baby Izzy; sister, Elaine (Bob) Berndtson; brothers, Michael, Charles and Richard Lindstrom; nephews, Jon and James Berndtson; great-niece, Stella; foster parents, Maria and David Nichols and many foster sisters and brothers.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 at 3:00 PM with a visitation one hour before at Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead, MN.
