Charlotte F. Rath

Charlotte Rath, age 71, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2015, in Essentia Health, Fargo, ND. Charlotte was born June 28, 1943, in Fargo, ND, to Raymond and Rose Davenport Crowe. She grew up and attended school in Valley City, ND. On April 21, 1963, Charlotte married Harold Rath. Together they lived in Hazen and Bismarck, ND, and Dumont, MN, before making their home and settling in Hickson, ND. Over the years, Charlotte worked for Silverline and provided a cleaning service both commercially and residential. She most recently had worked at Bethany Homes in Fargo. Charlotte enjoyed traveling to the casino, embroidery, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-granddaughter. She will be dearly missed.

Charlotte is survived by her sons, Leland Sandi Rath of Walcott, ND, Terrence Shelene Rath of Kasson, MN; grandchildren, Shane Samantha, Drew and Garrett; great-granddaughter, Peyten; brothers, Rayond Penny Crowe of Ravenna, OH, Bruce Joyce Crowe of Alexandria, MN, Michael Louise Crowe of Casper, WY; sister, Susan Roger Brinklow of West Fargo, ND; sisters-in-law, Phyllis Crowe, Mary A. Crowe, Mary Crowe, Wanda Crowe; dear friend, Donna Larson and special niece, Renee Callahan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; parents, Raymond and Rose; brothers, Robert, Charles, Larry and Joel; sisters, Janet Hehr, Kathleen Bellon, Judy Rath and Margaret Schwab.

Funeral: Saturday, March 14, at 12:00 p.m., in Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead, MN.
Visitation: Saturday, March 14, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., in Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead, MN.
Interment: Saturday, March 14, at 2:30 p.m, in Lower Wild Rice and Red River Cemetery.
