Clifford Halverson

Clifford Halverson, 80, of Moorhead, MN, formerly of Hawley, MN, died Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at The Evergreens, Moorhead. Clifford was born May 12, 1937, in Hitterdal, MN, to Clifford Sr., and Aslaug (Folden) Halverson. As one of 16 children in the family, his siblings were James, George, Robert, Kenneth, Lonnie, Ronnie, Darlene, Gene, Joyce, Janice, Janet, Jerry, William, Roger and Bruce. On June 3, 1972, Clifford married Linda Holm at Rollag Lutheran Church in Rollag, MN. Together they made their home on a farm in Cromwell Township, near Hawley, MN. over the years, he worked in housekeeping at MeritCare, now Sanford Hospital in Fargo, ND.

Clifford is survived by his son, Jason Halverson of Moorhead.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 7, at 11:00 a.m., at Rollag Lutheran Church Cemetery.
