Daren Michael Wrolstad

Daren Michael Wrolstad, 35, of Dilworth, MN, died Tuesday, February 20, in Fargo, ND. Daren was born February 5. 1989, to Bruce and Kim (Heywood) Wrolstad. He grew up and attended school in Dilworth, class of 2008. As a child, Daren was full of life and had a caring heart. After high school, Daren worked various jobs, and worked hard at them. Over the years, Daren had some troubled times, and through them became stronger in his faith and found the value in paying it forward. He was passionate about helping others, took pride in his work and because of that he made many lifelong friends. Daren will be remembered for being a loving and caring brother and son. He enjoyed reading, playing cards and cribbage, but most of all he loved his family. He will be dearly missed.

Daren is survived by his mother, Kim Laverdure; brother, Derek (Angela) Wrolstad; and grandmothers, Claudette Siewert and Phyllis Wrolstad.

He was preceded in death by his father Bruce Wrolstad; brother, Dustin Wrolstad; and step-father, Steven Laverdure.

The family of Daren would like to give a special thank you to his aunt, Gail, Delmer Entze and Wayne Fuhrman for being there for anything needed over the years. They would also like to express their gratitude for the wonderful hospitality shown by Amelia and Mark Mata at this difficult time.

Visitation will be held Monday, March 4, from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m., followed by the funeral at 1:00 p.m., in Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead, MN.

Interment will be at Prairie Home Cemetery, Moorhead, MN.
