Dawn Marie Collins

Dawn Marie (Flieth) Collins, 45, of Fargo, ND, passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at her home in Fargo.

Dawn was born on August 15, 1977, in Fargo, ND, where she has lived most of her life. She grew up in Hillsboro and Fargo where she attended local schools. She began working at a Truck Stop where she met her future husband, Robert Collins, Jr. They were united in marriage on April 2, 2005, in Rollag, MN. She enjoyed her life as a stay-at-home mom while her children grew up. She began driving trucks during the beat harvest prior to working as a supply chain assistant at Spartan Nash for nearly ten years.

Dawn had many enjoyments in her life, to name a few, she loved to read any book she could get her hands on. She loved shopping online, specifically on Amazon or finding a good deal on Facebook Marketplace. She was very artistic and enjoyed working on crafts or etching glass. She loved cooking and baking, especially for others. She enjoyed watching football, specifically the Green Bay Packers, and never missed an opportunity to let her cooking and baking skills shine during a Super Bowl party. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her beloved family, especially at Stump Lake, near Tolna, ND.

Dawn is survived by her loving husband, Robert Collins, Jr.; children, Ashley Collins, Dakota Collins, Theodore Hoselton, Mahlea Collins, and Angelea Collins; 5 grandchildren with 1 on the way; mother, Evelyn Boeddeker; and many other loving relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her step-father, Rodger Boeddeker.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at 1:30 PM at the Elks Lodge, 3435 Broadway N, Fargo, ND 58102.
