Dean A. Newgren

Dean was born August 11, 1962, in Petersburg, VA, to Earl and Theresa Newgren. As a child the family moved frequently as his father was in the U.S. Army. In 1977 they settled in Hawley where Dean had resided since. He enjoyed collecting antiques. He was very knowledgeable and took pride in his collections. He will be dearly missed. Dean is survived by his daughter, Syvannah; parents, Earl and Theresa Newgren of Hawley; brother, Jr. Susan Newgren of Hawley; sisters, Vicky Robbie Turner of West Fargo, ND, Brenda Woody Grandbois of Hawley, Julie Chris Sumstad of Elk River, MN, Mitzi Ryan Lewis of Hawley; and many nieces, nephews and friends.He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leo and Isabelle Parisian, Edgar and Esther Newgren; uncle, Harold Parisian; and nephew, Josh Lee.
