Debra “Debbie” A. White

Debra “Debbie” A. White, 58, of Moorhead, MN passed away on Saturday August 23, 2014 in the comfort of her home. Debbie was born October 9, 1955 to Orvis and Carol Dullum in Mahnomen, MN. She was raised in Mahnomen, MN and moved to Chicago, Illinois after college to make a family with her new husband David White. They raised 2 children, Jamie Richard 36, and Amanda Carol 32. After twenty years of marriage they parted ways and Debbie and children have since resided in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
Debbie was known for her fun, spunky, sweet, and caring personality with a smile and laugh that lit up a room. Debbie was a wonderful mother as she provided the utmost unconditional love. Debbie also shared an amazing “gramma” role to grandchildren Kamron and karena of Jamie White and Kade, Devin, and Makayla of Amanda Jeremy Houghtaling. She cherished her time with family.

Debbie made her career working administrative positions. She was currently employed as the Assistant Corporate Secretary for the North Dakota Farm Bureau. She was a dedicated, hardworking woman who was adored by all of her co-workers.

Debbie was preceded in death by her mother Carol. Debbie is survived by her children; Jamie White and Amanda Jeremy Houghtaling, grandchildren; Kamron, Karena, Kade, Devin, and Makayla, her father Orvis Dullum as well as sister Pam Dewey Schoenborn, brothers; Bryan Kathy Dullum, Chad Lynn Dullum, and half-sister Kirsten Dustin Demarais.

Debbie loved sunshine and bright colors, the more, the better. We plan this celebration of her life as she made impact on ours. In honor of her, we encourage guests to wear color to match her vibrant personality.

Visitation will be held Thursday August 28th, from 5:00 – 7:00pm, with prayer service at 7 p.m. at Wright Funeral Home in Moorhead, MN. Funeral service will be held on Friday August 29th at 11:00am at Wright Funeral Home with reception to follow. Interment will be held on Friday, August 29th at 3:00 pm at Riverside Cemetery in Mahnomen, MN.
