Delia L. Seaburg, age 94, of Detroit Lakes, MN, died Sunday, June 5, 2011, in Essentia Health St. Mary's, Detroit Lakes, MN.Delia Louise Frimlanslund was born on July 24, 1916 to Lars "Louie" and Lena Egge Frimanslund in Moorhead, MN. She grew up and attended school in Moorhead. On August 20, 1953 Delia married Kenneth Seaburg in Moorhead. Their son Keith was born on July 5, 1955. Delia managed the Silver Star Night Club which she and her husband owned. They also owned the Rex Café in Moorhead until the advent of urban renewal. Later they bought the Erie Jr. in Detroit Lakes in 1971 where Delia was a hostess until they sold it in 1979 because of Ken's battle with cancer. Ken died on July 4, 1981. Keith died in California on May 10, 1982 at the age of 26.Delia enjoyed their lake home on Pelican Point which was built as a year-round dwelling. Ken used to say that Delia could stretch a dollar further than anyone he had ever known. She cared for her sister, Lillian, on her days off for over three years.She is survived by brother, Larry Frimanslund, West Fargo, ND; sister, Virginia Olson of Plymouth, MN; and many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth; son, Keith; brothers, Mike Frimanslund and Martin Frimanslund; and sister, Lillian Frimlanslund.
