Dennis “Denny” C. Mrosla, 62, died October 3rd, 2015, while doing one of his favorite things, deer hunting.
Denny was born in St. Cloud, MN to Marcella Bobick and Henry Mrosla and was the youngest of 5 children. In 1971 he graduated from Upsala High School and shortly after married his high school sweetheart Judy, the love of his life for the next 44 years. He served in the US Army and was stationed in Germany from 1971-1973. He was employed as a Refrigeration Mechanic at Chiller Systems, Inc. in Fargo.
Denny was a true outdoorsman; fishing and hunting were his passion. He was a skilled tradesman and proud that he could fix almost anything for his family and friends. Helping others made him so happy. He loved to play cards with his siblings and devoted much of his time and energy to his grandchildren.
Denny is survived by his wife Judy Binek; 2 daughters Tina Jessie Villalobos of Brooklyn Center, MN and Tammy Tom Enright of West Fargo; and 4 grandchildren Brynna, Anna, Chase and Jessica. He is also survived by 3 brothers Richard Jean Mrosla of Durham, NC, Donald Pearl Mrosla of Fairfield, CA, and Duane Margie Mrosla of Arvada, CO ; and sister Arlene Don Rudolph of Royalton, MN.
He was preceded in death by his mother Marcella Bobick and father Henry Mrosla.
Visitation will be Thursday, Oct 8, from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., in Wright Funeral Home in Moorhead.
Funeral will be Friday, Oct. 9, at 11 a.m., in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Moorhead.
In lieu of flowers donations may be given to West Syndrome, Pediatric Neurology at Mayo Clinic, Dept. of Development, 200 First Street SW Rochester, MN 55905.
