Diane L. Johnson

Diane was born on September 14, 1951 in Fordville, ND to Rudolph and Hermina Jehlicka. She grew up and attended school in Fordville till the seventh grade, Thief River Falls till tenth grade, and graduated high school in 1969 from Mount McGill in San Diego, CA.She worked and traveled throughout California and the Midwest, until finally settling in Moorhead where she worked at Port a Medic as Office Coordinator.She was diagnosed in 2003 and fought a courageous battle with lung cancer. Diane is survived by her husband Tony, parents Rudolph and Hermina Jehlicka, Denver, CO; two sons, Cory Johnson, Moorhead, MN, Trent Johnson, Moorhead, MN; one stepson, Capt. Trace Johnson, Enterprise, AL; two sisters, Paula Barry Wilderman, Denver, CO and Patricia Roger Hoyt, Stillwater, MN.Diane was preceded in death by one brother Rudolph "Sonny".In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
