Eleanor M. Anderson

Eleanor M. Anderson, age 91, of West Fargo, ND, died peacefully Sunday, August 11^th at Sheyenne Crossing Care Center, West Fargo.

Eleanor was born January 18, 1928, in Thief River Falls, MN, to John and Mary (Jesperson) Larson. She grew up and attended school there until she moved to Fargo in 1946. She worked for Moorhead State College, St. Luke’s Hospital and the Manchester Biscuit Company before she was married. Eleanor married Darrell Anderson on June 9, 1951, in Fargo, ND. Darrell died October 28, 2008. Over the years she enjoyed listening to country music and working on various crafts. She will be dearly missed.

Eleanor is survived by her son, Larry of West Fargo. She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Elmer, Carl, Morris and Wilmer.

Visitation will be Friday, August 16, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., followed by the funeral at 11:00 a.m., in Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead, MN.

Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fargo, ND.
