Estelle Orlee Bolgrean

Estelle Bolgrean, 83, of Moorhead, MN passed away on Friday, February 10, 2017, at Eventide Nursing Home in Moorhead, MN. Estelle was born on October 22, 1933 to Ole and Ethel Sorenson Rouland in Gully, MN. Estelle graduated from Gonvick High School in 1951 and attended Bemidji State College for a year. After college, she worked as a bookkeeper until she married Maurice, the love of her life, on May 22, 1954, at Assumption Catholic Church in Barnesville, MN. Estelle enjoyed her time as a homemaker taking care of and raising their nine children.
Estelle and Maurice loved to dance on Saturday nights at the Galaxy Supper Club in Barnesville and spend time at their lake cabin on Lake Lizzie. She especially enjoyed listening to music and loved cooking for her family. She loved to listen and visit with anybody and share her wonderful sense of humor. Above all, family time was most important to Estelle as well as being a devout Catholic.
Estelle is survived by her Husband, Maurice; Children, Timothy Cindy Bolgrean, Roslynn Bolgrean, Michael Kristi Bolgrean, Jennifer Steven Schreiner, Rebecca Jerry Hennessey, Gregory Bolgrean, Johnathan Bolgrean, Robert Suzanne Bolgrean, and Patrick Bolgrean; Grandchildren, Justin Jesse Bolgrean, Loralie Bolgrean, Joshua Bolgrean, Sheena Brian Lee, Alex Bolgrean, Michaella Bolgrean, Maycee Bolgrean, Shaun Schreiner, Devon Katie Schreiner, Caitlin Alaric Heying, Jill Wesley Ness, Holly Tim Thompson, Kayla Cody Johnson, Shane Hennessey, Noah Bolgrean, Laura Bolgrean, Kailie Bolgrean, and Brady Bolgrean; 19 great-grandchildren; Brothers, Duane Rouland, Robert Vivian Rouland, and Franklin Mary Rouland; Sister, Rosalind Don Pittaway and many other loving relatives and friends.
Estelle is preceeded in death by her parents, infant daughter, Mary Estelle; Grandchildren, Jessica and Alyssa Schreiner, Hayley and Lindsey Bolgrean, Luke and Hannah Bolgrean; and Sister Darlene Melander
Visitation: Tuesday, February 14 from 5-7PM with a prayer service at 7PM at Wright Funeral Home in Moorhead, MN.
Mass of Christian Burial: Wednesday, February 15 at 11AM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Moorhead, MN with a burial at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Barnesville, MN following the service.
