Freda “Ann” Hungate

Freda "Ann" Hungate, 92, of Moorhead, MN, died Saturday, August 06, 2005, in Moorhead Health Care Center under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley.Ann was born January 2, 1913 in Emerson, Manitoba, Canada, to William and Karolina Drewitz Langnaese. She grew up and attended school in Emerson. On October 5, 1938 Ann married Charles Hungate in Cavalier, ND. They made their home in Pembina, ND. Ann became a U.S. Citizen in 1942. They later relocated to Grand Forks, ND, then to Staples, MN for Charles's job. The retired to the Fargo area in 1971.She is survived by one daughter, Elenore Earl Dovenmuehler, Moorhead; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.She is preceded in death by her husband Charles March 8, 1984, her parents; three sisters; and three brothers.
