Gerald L. Hogenson

Gerald L. Hogenson, 69, of Ulen, MN, died Thursday, June 25, 2015, in his home in Ulen, MN.
Gerald was born on March 13, 1946, in Moorhead, MN, to Ralph and Bertha Larson Hogenson. He grew up and attended school in Moorhead. After school Gerald became a brick layer, working for various masonry companies in Moorhead, until he was no longer able to. Gerald loved to hunt and fish. In 2003, he moved to Ulen, MN, where he has since resided.
Gerald is survived by three sisters, Eldora Lorentz, Norma Lyle Erickson, all of Moorhead, MN, and Mary Curt Smook of Magnolia, MN; sister-in-law, Jennifer Hogenson-Jensen of Moorhead and several nieces, nephews and their families.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Robert and Vernon Hogenson; and brother-in-law, Lyle Lorentz.
Funeral: Tuesday, June 30, at 2:00 p.m. in Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead, MN. Visitation will be one hour before the service.
Interment: Riverside Cemetery, Moorhead, MN.
