Glen was born August 4, 1955, in Detroit Lakes, MN, to J. Donald and Alice Larson Madson. He grew up and attended school in Lake Park, Minnesota, graduating from Lake Park High School. Following high school he moved to Colorado for a brief time before moving back to Lake Park. On July 2, 1983, he married Pam Hanson in Lake Park. Glen enjoyed working for Aggregate Industries for the past thirty-three years. He was a lifelong member of Lake Park Lutheran Church. He loved being outdoors, hunting and fishing, spending time at the deer shack, and watching baseball, especially the Twins. He was a member of the Midnight Riders Snowmobile Club. He was great with kids, and loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He enjoyed life. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Pam Madson of Lake Park, MN; two brothers, Gary Susan Madson of Lake Park, MN, and John Mary Lu Madson of Lake Park, MN; one sister, Jean Eldon Griffin of Coon Rapids, MN; a daughter, Heather Aaron Brockman of Duluth, MN; a son, Shawn Ford of Lake Park, MN; one granddaughter, Hallie Brockman; and one grandson, Hudson Brockman; father-in-law, H.L. Red Hanson; several nieces and nephews; and faithful dog, Toby. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald & Alice Madson; one brother, Bruce Madson; and mother-in-law, Elvina.
