Glennys V. Larson

Glennys V. Larson, 78, Elim Home, Fargo, ND, died on Tuesday, December 13, 2005, in the nursing home.Glennys Kuehl was born on September 29, 1927, in Moorhead, MN, where she grew up and attended school, graduating from Glyndon High School. She went to work for National Food in Moorhead, MN, where she worked for 24 years as a cashier and bookkeeper. Glennys married Wilmer "Wilkie" Larson on November 17, 1951, in Sabin, MN, and they made their home in Moorhead. Glennys retired in 1974. She worked at Eventide Lutheran Home from 1986 to 1988. Wilkie died on January 26, 1998. She entered the nursing home in the fall of 2005. Glennys bowled for many years up until the spring of 2005. She sewed quilts at home and tied them at church. She made many afghans and donated them to Eventide Lutheran Home. She had many nieces and nephews that were special to her.Glennys is survived by sisters and brothers, Evelyn Bergman, Fargo, ND, Clifford Connie Kuehl, Moorhead, Lois Motschenbacher, Moorhead, Marvin Beverly Kuehl, Moorhead, Ronald Kuehl, Glyndon, MN, Donald Kuehl, Portland, OR, Beverly Jerry Edenborg, Moorhead, Jerome Dorothy Kuehl, Moorhead, Sharon Stubstad, Fargo, Karen Russell Hegge, Fargo; a sister-in-law, Edde Kuehl, Moorhead; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a brother, Duane Kuehl.
