Gloria M. Buhaug

Gloria M. Buhaug, 90, of Lake Park, MN passed away on August 22, 2016 at her home in Lake Park.
Gloria was born December 3, 1925 in Bismarck, ND to Thomas and Zella Turner Coons. She graduated from Fargo Central High and from there went on to receive her certification while training for the Western Union. During World War II, Gloria was sent to Bremerton, WA where she worked as a dispatcher for military information. She was married to Russell Buhaug on July, 23 1957.
Gloria was a hardworking, driven woman who was very committed to her family, her faith and her friends. She was always putting others above herself. Gloria loved her dogs, the Vikings, the Twins, gardening, and fishing.
Survivors include her Son, Russ ‘Rusty’ Cindy Buhaug, Jr.; Daughter, Brenda Robideau; 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren; and her brother, David Mooney. She is preceded in death by her husband, Russell; son, Terry Klug; parents, 1 brother and 2 sisters.
Funeral services will take place on Saturday, August 27th, at 11:00 A.M. at Lake Park Lutheran Church in Lake Park, MN with a visitation one hour prior to services. Interment will be at Lake Park Lutheran Cemetery in Lake Park, MN.
