Gregory Ellefson

Gregory D. Ellefson, 60, West Fargo, ND, died on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Sanford Palliative Care in Fargo.

Gregory Donald Ellefson was born on September 5, 1954, in Devils Lake, ND, to Donald and Lorna Johanson Ellefson. He grew up in Devils Lake and moved to Fargo in 1969. He graduated from West Fargo High School and attended Moorhead State University, graduating in 1985 with a degree in HVAC.

Gregory enjoyed fishing, spending time outdoors, camping at Pine Lake with his family, travelling in the western U.S., and most of all spending time with his family. Over the years he had many beloved pets, especially his dog, Spot.

He is survived by his sister, Cyndi Mike Grund, of Moorhead, nieces Michelle Jim Kaiser, Leslie Paul Christianson; nephews Derek Grund and Brandon Grund, and great-niece Nora Lynn Kaiser.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Lorna Ellefson.

A private family service will be held.
