Harold R. Anderson

Harold Raymond Anderson, passed away on May 20, 2023, at the age of 53. Harold was born in Moorhead, Minnesota on May 31, 1969, and was the oldest and only boy in his family.

As children, Harold and his family moved frequently due to their stepfather's construction business. Despite the constant uprooting, Harold managed to make lasting friendships and develop a passion for football. He played in elementary and junior high, earning him the nickname "Moose" for his impressive skill on the field.

Harold went on to work various jobs in construction throughout his adult life before discovering his love for cycling and weightlifting. His adventurous spirit led him on many exciting journeys over the years. He was an avid reader who enjoyed sharing his favorite books with others.

Those who knew Harold will remember him for his incredible sense of humor and kind heart. He was always willing to lend a helping hand or a listening ear to anyone in need.

Harold is survived by his father, Rueben Anderson; sisters; Christy Rhodes, Tammy Anderson, Dianne Morse and Stacy Line; nieces Jamee, and Maggie; nephews Connor and Hunter; aunts and uncles, and many, MANY, cousins!

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 2 PM with a visitation one hour before the service at Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead, MN.
