Harold Fay Ward, 70, of Audubon, MN died September 2, 2013 at Essentia Health in Fargo, ND.

He was born February 28, 1943 in Indianapolis, IN to McOldham and Leora Bell Watson Ward. Harold attended high school in Orland Park, IL. His father was a pastor and they moved frequently in Indiana and Illinois. They lived in Hickory Hills, IL for 9 years. Harold married Shirley Fletcher in September of 1963. Following their marriage they moved to Mokena, IL in 1965. Harold was employed at Andrew Corporation as a machinist in Orland Park, IL for 14 years. He was then employed for 23 years in Mokena, IL as a cabinet maker. He met Judy Nelson in 1984 in Illinois. Harold and Judy moved to Audubon, MN in 1993 where they have since resided. He enjoyed fishing, loved trains, spending time at the lake and especially loved spending time with his family. He was a member of the Audubon Chapel.

He is survived by his; significant other, Judy Nelson of Audubon, MN; mother, Leora Ward of Illinois; children, David Natalie Ward of Mokena, IL and Dena Dan Tijan of Detroit Lakes, MN; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and brother, Robert LaVern Ward of Caruthersville, MO.

He was preceded in death by his father; and brother, Dennis.
