Helen M. Tow

Helen was born February 8, 1928, to Harry and Anna Williams Haseldahl in Moorhead where she grew up and attended school. She then began working for the Manchester Biscuit Co., and later the Fairmont Creamery and Herbst Department Store. on January 28, 1950, Helen married Lawrence Tow in Moorhead. Together they started a family and Helen took the time to enjoy raising the children. She also enjoyed baking, embroidering, and many crafts, but most of all loved the time she spent with family.Helen is survived by her children, LeRoy Jewell Tow of Soledad, CA, Roger Nancy Tow of Moorhead, MN, Dale Tow of Moorhead, MN, Debbie Mark Pearson of Moorhead, MN; son-in-law, Fred Johnson of Moorhead, MN; seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence; daughters, Sharon Tow and Bonnie Johnson; and brothers, Robert Haseldahl, Richard Benson and John Smith.
