Irene D. Aguilar

Irene Aguilar, 63, of Moorhead, entered heaven’s gates on August 27, 2013 in Bethany Homes, Fargo, ND.
A fantastic grandmother and loving mother, Irene was one of 15 children born to Tomas and Maria Luisa DeLaCruz.
Irene was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Raul Aguilar Jr. She was also preceded in death by her parents, a baby brother and sister, and a great-grandson.
Irene will be greatly missed by her children, Christine Rositas, Raul Aguilar III, Robert Aguilar, Mario Aguilar, Mary Ann Aguilar and Orlando Aguilar, all from Moorhead; 19 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by 7 sisters, Odilia Vargas, Elena Lopez, Gloria Guerrero, Maria DeLaCruz, Irma Garcia and Cecilia Cabasos; 6 brothers, Gonzalo DeLaCruz, Arturo DeLaCruz, Anastacio DeLaCruz, Abran DeLaCruz and Jose DeLaCruz, all from Texas, and many more relatives.
The family gives everyone who cared for Irene, especially Hospice of the Red River Valley and Bethany Homes their greatest gratitude.

Funeral: Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. in Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead, MN.

Visitation: One hour before the service.

Interment: St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Moorhead, MN.
