Irene E. Folwick

Irene E. Folwick, 86, of Moorhead, died Tuesday, October 04, 2005, in Bethany Homes, Fargo, ND.Irene Folwick was born on April 12, 1919 in Sprague, Manitoba, Canada to George and Karen Holverson. At the age of two, Irene moved to Greenbush, MN where she grew up and attended school. In 1942 she moved to Moorhead. She worked as a cook at deLendrecies Tea Room in Fargo as well as Sunset Lanes in Moorhead until her retirement in 1962. In Irene's younger years she enjoyed fishing, gardening, sewing and crafts.She is survived by one daughter, Eileen Maynard Johnson, Vergas, MN; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents and 14 brothers and sisters.
