Janice Endersbe

Janice R. Endersbe, 70, of Moorhead, MN, passed away at home on Saturday, December 14, 2024. Janice was born April 22, 1954, to Jack and Marion (Holt) Hillrud. She grew up in and attended school in Moorhead. Jan enjoyed many summers at the family lake home where she loved the water and fishing. She married James Endersbe on December 3, 1971. Together they made their home in Moorhead and started a family. She moved to Arizona in 1994 for a promotion at the IRS. She continued to love fishing and teaching her grandkids how to fish the right way. She enjoyed her years there, and following retirement after 23 years of service, moved to Sabin, MN. Jan loved quilting and gardening with her daughter at the Krabbenhoft farm, as well as spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.

Jan is survived by her daughters, Jeana (Matthew) Krabbenhoft of Sabin, MN, Jessica (Brandon) Oakes of Ottawa, KS; grandchildren, Ashley (Brett Stottlemyre) McGough, Ethan McCoy, Garret (Christina) Krabbenhoft, Griffin Krabbenhoft and Gabi Krabbenhoft; and great-grandchildren, Aiyden, Magnolia, Luella and Gustaf. She is also survived by her brother, Dave (Joy) Hillrud; sisters, Diane Beaton and Kathy (Sid) Sidney. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, and sisters, Nancy Lomsdal and Clo Ann Hillrud.

A private family celebration of life will be held in the spring.
