Jerome Meier, 56, Moorhead Healthcare Center, Moorhead, MN, died on Friday, July 30, 2004, in the nursing home.Jerome Otto Meier was born on April 30, 1948, in Marshall, MN, to Marvin C.H. and Marion A. Marquardt Meier. He grew up and attended school in Vesta and Park Rapids, MN. He worked as a trucker, mechanic and carpenter. He had lived in Heidelberg, Mississippi for the past fifteen years, moving to Nevis in May of 2004. At the time of his death he was living at Moorhead Health Care Center, Moorhead, MN.He is survived by his mother, Marion Meier, Park Rapids, MN; two sons, Jay Kays, Virginia; Jeromy Tracy Meier, Rockford, MN; three daughters, Kelly Jo Kays, Florida, Shelly Holmer, Osage, MN, and Sarah Fred Crowell, Grand Rapids, MN; one brother, Marvin D. Marie Meier, Nevis, MN; several grandchildren.
