Jill O. Peterson

Jill was born September 14, 1940 at Perham, Minnesota to Dewey and Florence Swick Antonsen. She grew up there and graduated from Perham High School. She then attended a two year vocational school to become a nurses assistant. Jill was married to Allen "Pete" Peterson on November 23, 1968 at Vergas, Minnesota. She was employed at St. Luke's Hospital as a bookkeeper and later worked at the First National Bank of Fargo, where she worked until the birth of her first son. Jill enjoyed reading, flowers and gardening, going to the lake, her grandchildren, and an occasional drive. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.She is survived by her husband, Allen "Pete" Peterson, Hawley, MN; three sons, Christopher Samantha Peterson, Hawley, MN, Ryan Peterson, Hawley, MN, and Andy Peterson, Hawley, MN; two sisters, Phyllis Roger Simon, Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Olive Rodney Hanson, Vergas, MN; one brother, Allen Marion Antonsen, Frazee, MN; three grandchildren, Joseph, Drew and Hannah.
