Jodi M. Christianson

Jodi M. Christianson, 76, of Lake Park, MN, formerly of Dilworth, MN, passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022, at Essentia Health in Detroit Lakes, MN. Jodi was born January 6, 1946, to Joe and Liz (Fick) Stamness. She grew up in Fargo, ND, and graduated from Fargo South High School. Jodi married Roger Christianson on December 5, 1970. She began working at Dakota Hospital and later Crystal Sugar before spending most of her career at Northwestern Bank. Jodi enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially with her family on Turtle Lake. She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Christianson; son, Cory (Holly) Christianson; grandchildren, Chelsey and Ashley Christianson, Hunter, Parker and Conner Christianson; great-grandchildren, Aiden England, Ian Pauly, Hailie and Aubrey Christianson, and Christian Parlett; special niece, Kim Stamness; and Zach Schweiss, who was like another son to her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger; grandson, Tanner Christianson; and sister, Roberta.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 13, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., followed by the memorial service at 11:00 a.m., in Eksjo Lutheran Church, Lake Park, MN.
