Joseph L. Brown Jr.

Joseph L. Brown, Jr., age 78, of Moorhead, MN, died Saturday, September 24, 2011, in ManorCare Health Services, Fargo, ND.Joseph Louis Brown Jr. was born on March 10, 1933, in Moorhead, MN to Joseph Sr. and Alice Gifford Brown. Joe grew up and attended school in Moorhead. He entered the United States Army and was stationed at Fort Ord in California. Joe was honorably discharged. Joe enjoyed working with his hands. He especially enjoyed woodworking, making birdhouses and tables. He also enjoyed vegetable gardening and graciously gave away his produce. He is survived by three children, Joseph III Marie, Kurt Michelle and Cathy David Rollins all of Arkansas and a very special friend and neighbor, Ardell Benbo and his dog, Kara.He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Michael and daughter, Debbie.
