Kathryn Diane (Edenstrom) Weis

Kathryn Diane (Edenstrom) Weis, 72, of Moorhead, MN, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2019, in her home.

Kathryn was born on October 28, 1946, to Kenneth and Rene (Nelson) Edenstrom in Fargo, ND. She attended Moorhead High School. She then attended Fergus Falls Community College where she graduated with her associate degree. She was married to Larry Larson Sr. on January 22, 1965, in Moorhead, MN. She began her modeling career shortly after graduation for Donna Karen for five years. She was married to Denman Weis on December 1, 1996 in Las Vegas, NV. Denman and Kathryn shared a beautiful marriage for 25 years living in Minnetonka, MN, Eden Prairie, MN, Danbury, WI, and finally settling in Moorhead, MN.

Kathryn is survived by her children, Larry (Kristin) Larson, David (Shannon) Larson, Kristin Kulbeth, Phong Pham, and Hoa (Heide) Pham; grandchildren, Kelsey Larson, Mitchell Larson, Cole Hall, Clay Hall, Chloe Hall, Thomas Murdoch, Samuel Larson, Zico Pham, Dani Pham, Erin Foster, Nicholas Anderson, and Lindsey Anderson; sisters, Karen, Elizabeth, Pamela, and Claudia; and many other loving relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Rene.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2019, from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead, MN. A private family graveside service will be held.
