Kenneth G. ’Kenny’ Riley

Kenneth "Kenny" G. Riley, age 69, of Fargo, ND, died on Friday, July 27, 2012, in Essentia Health, Fargo, ND, with his family by his side. Kenneth George Riley was born on December 13, 1942 to Harry and Elenore Parks Riley in Bertha, MN. He grew up and attended school in Glyndon, MN, graduating from Glyndon High School in 1960. Kenny moved to Seattle, WA, where he raised his family while working for a plywood company and later a paper company for many years. He eventually moved to Enderlin, ND, in 1995, before moving to Fargo, ND, in 2008. On April 17, 1998, Kenny married Geri Loeb in Enderlin, ND. Kenny enjoyed Nascar races, spending time at the lakes, country music, and playing cards. Most of all, Kenny enjoyed spending numerous hours playing and putting together puzzles with his grandchildren. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Geri Riley of Fargo, ND; sons, Dennis BJ Riley of Couperville, WA and Waylon Melanie Loeb of Moorhead, MN; daughters, Shelly Don Elsey of Bonnie Lake, WA, Kim Earl Anderson of Bonnie Lake, WA, Christine Doug Smith of Buckley, WA, Maranda Jarrod Puetz Anderson of Fargo, ND, and Tammy Lance Haberman of Wyndmere, ND; one sister, Sandy Zepper of Issaquah, WA; thirteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
