Kristopher L. Weiss

Kristopher L. Weiss, 40, of Moorhead, MN, passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Sanford Health, Fargo, ND.

Kristopher Lee Weiss was born on April 3, 1978 to Herman and Rennae (Lammers) Weiss.  He grew up in Sabin, MN and attended Moorhead High School, graduating in 1996.  He went on to receive his Associate’s Degree in Sales and Marketing from Moorhead Tech.  He worked at Fargo Glass and Paint for the past 7 years and part-time at the Elks Club in Fargo.

Kris loved to hunt, fish, play softball and just be outdoors.  He was passionate about his Gophers, Twins, Vikings and Minnesota sports in general. He had a smile that would light up the room and could make friends with anyone. His family and friends were most important to him.  He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Kris is survived by his parents; brother, Herman (Nicole) Weiss; nephew, Lane Weiss; aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Herman “Bud” and Esther Weiss and Lane and Irene Lammers.

Visitation: Wednesday, August 22, 2018 from 5-7 PM with a prayer service beginning at 7:00 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Sabin, MN.

Funeral: Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church, Sabin, MN.

Burial: Elmwood Cemetery, Sabin, MN.
