Larry J. Morris

Larry Morris, age 74, died Tuesday, April 19th, 2011 at his home in Moorhead, Minnesota.Larry James Morris was born to Bill and Lilly Morris on January 10th, 1937 in Wheatland, ND. He attended West Fargo Public Schools. Larry married Marge Coalwell of Dilworth, MN on September 21st, 1956. They made their home in Moorhead, Minnesota. Larry was employed at Crane Johnson Lumber in Fargo for 32 years. He then worked at Corwin Automotive in Fargo and finished his career and retired from Muscatell Automotive in Moorhead.His family will remember him for his strong work ethics and loyalty to his employers. Larry's charm and sense of humor were ever present with family and friends. His good natured playfulness was often shown when he would reply to his children and grandchildren "You'll pay". Spending time with family and supporting their school activities, hobbies and interest was of great value to him. Larry also enjoyed going out to eat and spending time with family. The family's most cherished memories were times at the lake. Larry will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather.He is survived by his spouse of 54 years, Marge Coalwell Morris; his children, Randy Diane Morris of Moorhead, Tim Mary Morris of Wahpeton, ND, Greg Linda Morris of Moorhead, Lisa Morris of Moorhead and Julie Rob Noyes of Moorhead; his ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.Larry was preceded in death by a sister, two brothers and his parents.
