Lawrence J. Henne

Lawrence James Henne, previously of Moorhead, Minn., passed away Sept. 8, 2019 in Fargo after an extended illness. Larry was born May 21, 1942 and lived in Minneapolis before moving to Moorhead with his parents in 1960. He graduated from Moorhead High School in 1961 and served in the U.S. Air Force. He then lived in Minneapolis where he worked for IBM. He moved to Moorhead in 1987 to be near family. He was truly one of a kind and will be missed by all who knew him.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Virginia Henne of Moorhead, brother Ron of St. Cloud, and brother in law Doug Hansen of Fargo. He is survived by brothers Kenny (Becky), Apple Valley; Bob (Julie), Foley; Tom (Ann) Henne, Moorhead; sisters Bonnie Hansen, Fargo, Kate Henne, Moorhead; and many nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to those who provided care to Larry in recent years.

A private service will be held for Larry at a later date.
