Lee Brakke, 50, Divine House Group Home, Moorhead, MN, died on Sunday, June 28, 2009, in Golden Living Center, Moorhead.Lee Gregory Brakke was born on April 12, 1959, in Fargo, ND, to Milton and Rhoda Rehder Brakke. He spent the first six years of his life on the family farm near Comstock, MN, and then lived in various regional treatment centers in Minnesota. In 1996 he moved to the Divine House Group Home in Moorhead, MN. He worked at Heartland Industries in Moorhead.Lee's family would like express their gratitude for the exceptional care that he received at the Divine House, Heartland Industries and from Clay County Social Services.He is survived by his mother, Rhoda Brakke, Moorhead, MN; sister, Joyce Jeffrey Wold, Fargo, ND; brothers, Glenn Noel Brakke, Comstock, MN, and Lynn DeAnna Brakke, Comstock, MN; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents and infant brother.
